Landkreditt appoints Simplifai to handle 400,000 e-mails per year

Landkreditt Bank signs a new two-year license and innovation agreement with Simplifai. The agreement enables Landkreditt to implement Simplifai’s Digital Employee across all business areas: Banking, Insurance, Property, and Asset Management.

When Simplifai was founded in 2017, our first customer was Landkreditt Bank. And thankfully, just like most other companies, they are still with us. They have through the years tried innovative solutions from Simplifai with great success. And this year, we have started increasing our collaboration and seeing how our solutions perform for Landkreditt over the long run.

In December 2022, Landkreditt signed a new two-year license & innovation agreement with Simplifai for our Digital Employee solution. The solution will help their human employees handle emails and documents in the bank and eliminate the administrative tasks that usually slow humans down. Skilled human employees will now be able to use their time on more valuable tasks.

Due to their experience with Simplifai Studio and the business values provided by our Digital Employees, Landkreditt is now looking at expanding the scope and use cases within the group.

In addition to the solution and the technology, the renewed innovation agreement engages Simplifai as a partner to realize the full potential of digital transformation. Simplifai’s co-founder Erik Leung will lead the strategic initiative together with Landkreditt Bank’s CIO Einar Storsul. The overall objective is to utilize the full potential of AI in Landkreditt Bank’s operations.
