Simplifai enters online retail market through a contract with Brandsdal Group
Simplifai wins a landmark deal by agreeing to manage a project for Brandsdal Group. The group receives around 20,000 email inquiries every month and has an ambition of improving customer satisfaction and the overall pace of responding to these customer requests. To achieve this, Brandsdal Group will start utilizing Simplifai’s AI-powered Digital Employee technology, which can automatically process large volumes of incoming customer email inquiries and perform smart actions based on the clients’ requirements.
Brandsdal Group is a Norwegian e-commerce company in the beauty products and online auction market, with a presence in numerous European countries such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Poland and soon to come to the Netherlands. It operates under the BliVakker.no and Netthandelen.no brands in Norway and the Cocopanda brand in other European countries. Brandsdal Group will first apply Simplifai’s Digital Employee technology for its Norwegian BliVakker brand. Simplifai technology will be used to perform smart actions based on the clients’ requirements and manage automated handling of customer inquiries and their data. Simplifai technology will handle incoming customer emails, read, and identify the email type, and pick the right template to answer their customers’ questions and request more information where needed.
Brandsdal Group has ambitions to expand Simplifai services for Cocopanda as well, wherein it will handle more languages. Both companies hope to expand their collaboration and work towards making Simplifai’s Digital Employee technology a huge success in the online retail industry in Norway, and consequently in other European countries.
