Simplifai expands Nordic Sales team with two new team members
We are excited to announce that we are welcoming not one, but two experienced and motivated new members to the Nordic Sales team.
Pull back the curtains for Mats Larsson, who is assuming the role of Head of Sales for Sweden, and Sondre Kristoffersen, our new Sales Manager for the Norwegian Public Sector. Both will report to Stian Hovda Bergersen, Simplifai’s Head of Sales for the Nordic region.
Meet Mats Larsson
Mats is a highly experienced Sales leader with 25+ years of expertise in the IT, Wireless, and Telecom industries. With an EMBA in International Management and Leadership, Mats has worked with various startups, scaleups, and international enterprises throughout his career. His previous work experience includes Verizon, H&D Wireless, Telia, and Boost.AI – a provider of conversational AI.
Constantly striving to learn new things and deliver value to the team, Mats brings a positive attitude and a can-do spirit to his work. He is excited to join Simplifai and be part of a team that drives AI technology forward and makes a positive impact on customers, users, and corporations.

As Head of Sales for Sweden, Mats will be responsible for introducing Simplifai’s AI technology to the Swedish market. He is looking forward to supporting Swedish customers, citizens, and employees with the benefits of our Digital Employee solution.

When he is not working, Mats enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially at his summer house. He is also a big fan of cross-country skiing, playing padel, and reading.

Meet Sondre Kristoffersen
With 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales and a bachelor’s degree in PR & Communication, Sondre has built a broad skillset. Having previously worked with companies such as Winningtemp, a provider of employee engagement software, and GetAccept, specializing in software development, he is well-equipped to excel in his new position at Simplifai.
Sondre describes himself with three professional values – ambition, drive, and result orientation – which perfectly resonate with Simplifai’s mission. With a motivated mindset and an adaptive approach to working in an exciting and dynamic market, he is looking forward to delivering a top-notch sales performance and contributing to the overall success of the company.
