Simplifai announced the availability of its second-generation chatbot powered by Microsoft Azure on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions.
Simplifai builds automation modules to allow customers of all sizes to benefit from the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and Work Process Automation. The product portfolio includes solutions that enable customers to automate their work processes, where electronic natural language communication is central. In addition to the Simplifai Chatbot, the portfolio also consists of the Emailbot and the Documentbot, two solutions that allow automatic processing of free-text inbound emails.
The solutions are built on the principle that any person should be able to train and deploy them, including companies that don’t have large in-house IT departments or Data Scientists. The Simplifai Chatbot requires little training and supports configurable API integrations, making it an ideal choice for companies that want to reap the benefits of communication and task automation quickly.
Supporting all the Scandinavian languages and English, the Simplifai Chatbot is one of the few delivering native language support in the Nordics. The Simplifai Chatbot is hosted on Microsoft Azure and can easily connect to backend systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics) for task automation.
