Bård Myrstad
Co-founder and CEO
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Bård Myrstad is recognized for his sharp business acumen and a proven track record of driving growth & innovation in businesses. Before Simplifai, Bård worked in organizations such as Embriq AS, Accenture, and Capgemini, mainly managing the supply of various software and solutions.
Erik Leung
Co-Founder and Product Visionary
Erik Leung carries a vast experience of more than two decades in the IT industry and has developed a deep understanding of how to make complex systems work more effectively and efficiently for people. Prior to Simplifai, worked in renowned organizations such as EVRY group, Den norske dataforening, Avanade, and Geodata AS.

Patrik Egeland
Patrik Egeland is an experienced private equity professional and investor, and has previously been a partner with Herkules Capital and Capillar Equity. He also has extensive experience as an advisor on M&A transactions in the Nordics.
Pål Njølstad
Pål Njølstad is a Sales director at Autodesk Inc., an S&P 500 global technology company in construction software. He has previous experience in management consulting at McKinsey, business development, customer success, and international expansion at Spacemaker.
Øivind Horpestad
Øivind was one of the original founders and former CEO of the NRC Group, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He has extensive industry experience from previous positions at Team Bane (now part of the NRC Group), VRS Rail AS and Coast Capital.
Tor Halbesma
Tor Halbesma is a partner and growth investor at Montin, based in Norway, where he focuses on growth equity in Software and Tech-enabled Services. His previous experience includes DNB Markets in Stockholm focusing on M&A and ECM mainly in the Healthcare and Services sectors.
Daniel Kohn
Chief Commercial Officer – Simplifai
Daniel Kohn has extensive sales and management experience, building commercial operations. Prior to joining Simplifai, he served as sales director for growth businesses at Global Connect (Broadnet) and Sales Manager for Information Management at Canon Business Solutions.
