Building on a successful customer relationship, the new agreement marks a strategic shift from document-based pricing to a more tailored, claim-based model – reflecting deeper collaboration and shared innovation. As part of this evolution, John Dole (AVP, CISO, and Infrastructure at Stillwater) has joined the Stillwater Product Advisory Board, reinforcing the commitment to co-developing AI-driven solutions that meet real-world insurance needs.

Communication and tone analysis: Insights into tone and clarity across communications

Payment summary: Tabulated breakdown of payments by date, amount, purpose, vendor, and coverage

Problems, fraud indicators and red flags: Identified risks and anomalies

Document-based communication timeline: Timestamped, structured overview of submitted documents
