Caroline Waring has made the insurance industry her home. From joining as a graduate trainee to holding sales and business development positions with AXA, Allianz, DLG and having her own insurance program with a global motor manufacturer. She is passionate about people, partnerships and the generation of mutually successful business outcomes. This is why in recent years, she transitioned into the 'world of insurtech'. It has transformed the way she thinks about insurance by understanding how insurtechs such as Simplifai can deliver accelerated time-to-value customized software solutions with the client genuinely at its heart.
