With 15 years of experience across insurance, banking, financial services, telecom, and media, Artem Gonchakov brings a unique blend of tech, operational, and business expertise to Simplifai. Holding an M.S. in Computer Science, he has successfully driven innovation at Deutsche Bank, Twitter/X, WorkFusion, and his own startup, Arty Finch.


Nils Slottet
With over 20 years of experience delivering Software-as-a-Service solutions, Nils Slottet is recognized for fostering a winning culture and building high-performing teams. His focus is on driving customer value and innovating solutions that meet their needs. Before joining Simplifai, Nils held key roles at organizations such as Atea and Puzzel, where he contributed to significant growth and success.

Arild Rønnestad-Venaas
Arild Rønnestad-Venaas is an experienced finance leader with a strong background in SaaS and high-growth technology companies. As CFO at Simplifai, he leads financial strategy, reporting, and scalable finance operations. He brings extensive experience from roles at Findable, Ardoq, and other technology-driven organizations, with a focus on financial transformation, system implementation, and value-driven decision-making. Arild holds an Executive Master of Management in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.

Fernando Cristóvão
Fernando Cristóvão is a product and engineering leader, bringing 20+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, and enterprise modernization to turn technology into measurable business value. Before Simplifai, he served as CTO at Pego, Product Lead at Imburse building a payments platform for insurers, and CIO & Operations Director at Sodexo Portugal, and he also has an entrepreneurial founder background.
He specializes in scalable distributed systems, cloud & DevOps, and agentic AI, and is known for building AI‑fluent teams and secure, decentralized architectures.

Ronald Kasteel
Ronald Kasteel, co-founder of Keylane, is a leading figure in European insurance technology. He led Keylane’s rapid growth and seven acquisitions, making it the region’s top core insurance platform provider. Previously, as CEO of Ordina, he grew the Benelux IT consultancy from €100 million to €650 million in revenue. Kasteel now guides Simplifai’s global expansion and strategic partnerships toward its 2026 goals.

Krisztina Horvath
Krisztina is Junior Partner at Idékapital, a venture and growth investor funding and supporting high-growth B2B software scale-ups with global potential. She has 15 years of experience from investments, active ownership, and operational leadership. Prior to Idékapital, she worked at Ferd Capital, the direct investment arm of one of Norway's largest family offices, held C-level roles across multiple industries, and advised on strategy and M&A at Arkwright Consulting.
Alex Rahaman
Alex Rahaman is a Partner at Idékapital based in London, with extensive experience in founding, scaling, and investing in high-growth businesses. He has founded and successfully exited multiple ventures, including StrikeAd, the first SaaS programmatic buying platform for mobile advertising, acquired by Sizmek (now part of Amazon) and Unanimis acquired by France Telecom.

Noel thrives on mentoring high-performing teams and turning strategy into measurable business impact.

Skilled in crisis management, scaling businesses, and commercial strategy, he has expertise in both capital- and knowledge-intensive industries. He excels in innovation, product development, and capital raising, with a strategic focus on connecting insights, anticipating future trends, and driving sustainable growth.

Sander Kernkamp is a seasoned executive with 25+ years in financial and insurance services, holding senior roles at ING, Nationale Nederlanden, and ABN AMRO. He has led major initiatives in data, customer strategy, and digital innovation. As GM and owner of Zego Nederland, he led a management buy-out to build an independent motor insurance and digital claims firm. With a background in economics and information science, Sander blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, and is a strong advocate for AI in regulated industries.
