Your privacy is important to us and Simplifai is fully committed to protecting your personal data and individual rights. This Privacy Policy describe the collection, storage, usage and processing of data collected during your online interaction with us through Services provided by us for our Customers (ie. chatbot, emailbot and similar).

When you interact with a Service licensed to a Simplifai B2B Customer, Simplifai is the Data Processor and the Customer is the Data Controller. This means that Simplifai process the data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement between Simplifai and the customer.

Data collected

When using the Services, usage data will be recorded and stored. This will include the logging of information fed into the Service and which replies that are being sent. This may include the end users names and any data provided by the end user during the use of the Service. Examples of this may be that the customer specifies his name and address when placing an order through the Service.

Data Usage and Process

Log data is used to capture errors in configuration and to improve the Service. End User Data enables the Service to recall earlier conversations and continuously provide more efficient handling of requests.

Simplifai may use the data to prepare invoices for our Customers. Simplifai may use anonymized data for any purpose, including market-related activities or other commercial activities.

Simplifai may use personal data to comply with legal and contractual obligations as well as to provide you with offers, product and service. The processing forms the basis for marketing, business, process and product development and testing.

Data Storage

Data collected is stored in Microsoft Azure in Northern and Western Europe (EU / EEA). We will keep your data as long as needed for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed or required by law and regulations, ie. for book keeping regulations.
