OSM Maritime Onboards Their First Six Digital Employees
As a part of their digital transformation initiative, OSM Maritime launched their first six digital employees this week. This is an important milestone for Simplifai and a confirmation of our product strategy. We can now create teams of digital employees that work together to solve tasks for our clients.
A massive milestone
CEO Bård Myrstad is pleased with how the project has been executed by the Simplifai team. The solution has been built mainly with Simplifai’s own technology and modules, which has ensured a high-quality delivery.

The launch is the first phase of this project and the team of digital employees will continue to develop in the coming months.
Digital transformation initiative
We were approached by OSM Maritime to support their digital transformation initiative last year. Their ambitions for this project included growing the number of vessels managed substantially in the next two years. To be able to do this they needed to find a sustainable digital solution to support their growth ambition.
To help them reach their goal, our suggested solution included optimizing processes within the financial department. The end result, which was launched this week, was six digital employees:
- Email dispatcher (Read emails and attachments)
- 2 x Digital payroll associate
- Digital tax reporter
- Digital invoice accountant
- Digital Accountant Assistant
