Knif Trygghet works as a business entity that is similar to the working module of a non-life insurance giant. The contract comprises license agreements and delivery of Documentbot and Emailbot technologies, with front-end and backend integrations within claims settlements and customer service departments.

Receiving thousands of e-mails and documents every month, Knif Trygghet needs help to handle and manage large quantities of documents and email correspondence. Simplifai’s solutions will automate repetitive tasks such as categorizing documents and written inquiries, managing meta-data and sorting the inquiries into the right pipeline.

The agreement initially consists of a pilot phase followed by verification of the technology. After this, the solution will be put into regular operation on an annual agreement provided that pre-agreed criteria are met.
