Simplifai strengthens its sales workforce with the hire of Rasmus Lyhne as the Head of Sales in Denmark. Rasmus will report to Stian Hovda Bergersen and will be running the Copenhagen-based office.
Rasmus carries a robust sixteen years of experience in the software industry, mainly in the European market. His strengths include Business Development and Sales Management. He has extensively handled sales processes and sales channels for several Nordic software ISVs. He is a master at handling sales from an end-to-end perspective, which brings a finely honed sense of leadership to the table.
Before joining Simplifai, Rasmus worked as a Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) in Develop IN Europe Germany – German region. Working in this management consultancy company located in Munich helped Rasmus grow his experience in foreign sales further with different software companies present in the D-A-CH market. Prior to this, he worked at Swedish Formpipe Software to expand the reach of Microsoft software products across various regional markets such as France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. He possesses an immense talent in Business Intelligence after working in strategic sales channels for TimeXtender, a Danish-American company. At TimeXtender, sales development primarily comprised the Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBi partner ecosystems in the German and French markets.

Holding a Business Administration Hons degree from De Montfort University, Leicester in Strategic Management and International Marketing, Rasmus went on the become one of the best business management graduates from his batch. Furthermore, he also earned an Academy Economist Degree from the Niels Brock Business College in Copenhagen. He has garnered a broad tech sales experience in various skillsets such as Insurtech, BI, Data Warehouse Automation, ERP, Output Management, Document Management, and is well connected in these sectors.
