Upon regular training and monitoring Digital Employees and its individual modules keep on learning over time. In the Simplifai Studio, the Digital Employees can be tested every time they are trained, followed by performance monitoring, and deriving performance reports. Based on these reports, the DE can be retrained with new samples and data that it has not handled before, thus helping it stay updated.
Yes, all Simplifai AI products and Digital Employee solutions have the capability to understand multiple questions. We train our solutions to understand the intention of information received and key information called entities such as name, account number, address, etc.

All training is undertaken through Simplifai Studio. We upload a given number of actual sample emails or documents, which are the training data. Alternatively, data can be uploaded in a spreadsheet form.
Once the required data sets are uploaded, by using the pre-entered list of intents and entities, you simply tag (associate) those intents and entities to the uploaded data. There is no coding required, just simple tag and click to associate the intents and entities with the Digital Employee.
Once tagging of data is complete, you press the training button, and the data is sent for retraining. The functions initiate the NLU processing to work through the tagged data sets.
Once trained, the Digital Employee is able to make predictions on which you can further refine and improve upon with follow-up training.
Performance
Our Digital Employee is capable of providing a high automation grade of up to 90% depending on the samples used for training the AI solution and the complexity of data that is being processed.
You can monitor the performance of the bots and solutions in our Simplifai Studio Dashboard. This Dashboard provides you with several parameters for analyzing the performance such as graphs, pie diagrams, comparisons, and many more. You can also check details associated with the identification and classification of intents and entities, actions, and other aspects as well. If a client wants specific requirements for performance monitoring, they can be provided with a Custom Dashboard to fulfil the same.
No technology is perfect, and mistakes can certainly happen! Our platform for training and configuration – the Simplifai Studio, provides the feature for monitoring the performance and analysing all actions taken by all our bots and AI solutions. Using the results available from the performance reports, we can identify exactly what went wrong, and retrain our solutions to not make that mistake again. If the bot is not able to identify the type of query, then it can be configured to forward that email or document to a human. With the appropriate amount of training, our bots and solutions can achieve up to 90% of automation grade.
Our solutions are designed to work with all kinds of digital platforms – wherever there is structured or unstructured data (free-text), our Digital Employees will work on the respective systems. Integration
Yes, our AI products and solutions can be fully integrated with external web portals, as well as third-party CRM and back-office systems with the help of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) or Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The AI solution can identify text from queries received from web-forms and web-portals, interpret it, and use that interpretation to carry out suitable actions.
