Simplifai’s Documentbot is a powerful tool that can process various documents from different sources such as email attachments, email uploads, and online folders. The Documentbot can classify documents, extract information, forward to stakeholders and keep back-end systems updated.
The Documentbot combines Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to interpret both structured and unstructured information. Our Documentbot is a robust AI-solution for streamlining document handling, especially for businesses that spend multiple hours manually processing documents.
Documentbot can be trained and configured in Simplifai Studio – a user-friendly, no-coding, intelligent process automation tool.
The Documentbot can process documents from email attachments, shared folders, or archives. It can recognize and extract information from all types of documents. Some documents are based on specific formats, others are unstructured containing free-text.
Upon receiving a document, the Documentbot immediately opens the document and proceed in these steps:
Immediately opens, reads and interprets the content.
Based on the content, it classifies which type of document it is.
When classifying the document, it extracts the relevant data.
The bot evaluates the data and decides on further actions
